This weeks meal prep tutorial shows you how to make some amazing homemade chicken ramen (SO DAMN GOOD and full of veggies like garlic, ginger, onion, bok choy, green onion, and cilantro), a crock pot salsa quinoa casserole (bomb Mexican food that’s super filling and flavorful and full of protein and fiber), and a light chicken salad with celery, apples (or grapes) and pecans that’s so good over romaine, in a sandwich, or just with some crackers for a high protein snack.

Everything was finished (including clean up) in about 45 minutes (minus the actual cook time in the crock pot �)
