Six of the Twin Cities’ top chefs came together for an upcycled grain culinary competition and specialty cocktails at The Clover Club at Tattersall Distilling on March 1, 2020 with upcycled grain from NETZRO, SBC.

Each chef prepared small bites with upcycled rye or corn from our distilling process.

Over a third of all food produced gets wasted every year — this “waste” could feed more than 800 million people. We’ve partnered with NETZRO to be the first distillery in the nation to upcycle its spent grain as commercially available edible ingredients. The result is high in fiber, high in protein, and low in sugar. Even better: it’s good for the planet, farms, consumers and animals.
