A quick, healthy, Vitamin B,Iron and magnesium rich breakfast/Dinner preparation within 15 min to boost immune system , loved by kids and all ages.

Preparation Time: Within 15 min
Serving : 2-3 people (8 idli)

Required Ingredients:
a)Instant Rava Mixture – Can be stored in air tight box for 6 weeks
Rava/Sooja/Semolina – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 Tsp
Bengal Gram dal – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 small piece (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 3 (Finely chopped)
Curry Leaves – 4-5 leaves
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Batter Preparation
Instant Mix (From above)
Yogurt/Curd – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup

Garnish:
Cashew – 10-12 pieces
