This app concept was the outcome of a 5-day design sprint. Our intent was to test the following critical research-backed hypothesis with users: Anxious millennials are interested in knowing the root causes of their stress and would like personalized health recommendations to manage their stress.
The four tabs in this app concept are:
1) Summary: User’s overall wellness score for the day + Sensei’s recommendations based on user’s health and behaviors that day
2) Timeline: Key moments of stress/ calm/ activity in the user’s day. Drill down to see biometric details of that moment and possible causes of their mental/ physical state
3) Trends: User’s health patterns over time and graphs showing sleep, stress, activity patterns
4) Chat: 24/7 access to Sensei. This helps users get timely, contextual health recommendations
