We are event driven people and live our lives from one event to the next. Christmas is often seen as an event, here one day and gone with the removal of the tree. Christmas, however, is no mere event; it is the gift of being set apart as God’s children through His intervention and His grace. Join us as Pastor Johann discusses the real meaning of Christmas. Christmas is a story of creation, the ongoing life of God with his people, and God continuing to give life to his people.

Good Shepherd supports current guidelines for using masks and social distancing to control the spread of coronavirus. Participants in our virtual services remove masks but practice distancing during the actual recording of the service. Some of our virtual services include recordings made before the coronavirus outbreak. The use of these older recordings is not intended to undermine our commitment to loving our neighbors and respecting their health by following best practices during the pandemic.
